From a Pain Point to a Purpose

CRM Hub was born in 2024 from a simple observation by our founder, Arvind Yadav. After spending over a decade in sales and brokerage, he noticed something frustrating: every sales professional in India ran on Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups, and sticky notes — even teams handling crores in monthly revenue.

The tools existed — Zoho, Salesforce, Freshworks — but they were built for Western sales teams. They didn't understand Indian compliance needs, regional language support, channel partner networks, or the chaos of a Pune sales team managing 500 leads with 10 agents and no system.

So Arvind did what any frustrated sales pro would do: he built his own. He assembled a team of engineers who understood SaaS and sales veterans who understood the ground reality. Together, they created CRM Hub — a CRM that speaks the language of Indian sales professionals.
