1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CRM Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. CRM Hub is operated by Objectzo Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
CRM Hub provides a cloud-based sales CRM platform designed for sales professionals across industries including real estate, DSA/loans, insurance, education, interior design, and healthcare. The Platform includes lead management, follow-up automation, team collaboration, reporting, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@crmhub.in.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as stated below. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refund Policy: You may cancel within 14 days of the first paid invoice for a full refund. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable. Refund requests must be sent to support@crmhub.in and will be processed within 10 business days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian laws
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform
- Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Share accounts or access credentials with unauthorised users
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular backups. However, no internet-based service is 100% secure. You are responsible for backing up your own data and maintaining appropriate security practices.
8. Service Level & SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is notified at least 48 hours in advance. If actual uptime falls below 99.5% in a billing month, you may request a service credit equal to 5% of the monthly fee for each full 1% below 99.5%. Credits must be requested within 7 days of the month-end. This is your sole remedy for any service interruption.
9. Intellectual Property
The CRM Hub name, logo, platform code, design, and content are owned by Objectzo Technologies Private Limited. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Your data remains your property as described in Section 6.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM Hub and Objectzo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
